OPORTUNIDAD LABORAL \u2013 AUXILIAR DE SERVICIOS<\/h1>\n

Contrato temporal con posibilidades de continuidad en funci\u00f3n del desempe\u00f1o.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Buscamos Auxiliares de Servicios<\/strong> para trabajar en dependencias municipales del Ayuntamiento de Castro-Urdiales<\/strong>, realizando funciones de control de accesos, atenci\u00f3n al p\u00fablico y supervisi\u00f3n de las instalaciones.<\/p>\n

Buscamos personas responsables, organizadas y aut\u00f3nomas<\/strong>, con buena orientaci\u00f3n al trato con el p\u00fablico, habilidades comunicativas y capacidad para gestionar de manera adecuada las posibles incidencias que puedan surgir durante el servicio.<\/p>\n

Funciones principales<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Control de entradas y salidas de usuarios y personal.<\/li>\n
  • Apertura y cierre de puertas y dependencias.<\/li>\n
  • Control y supervisi\u00f3n de alarmas.<\/li>\n
  • Atenci\u00f3n, informaci\u00f3n y orientaci\u00f3n al p\u00fablico.<\/li>\n
  • Supervisi\u00f3n general de las instalaciones.<\/li>\n
  • Detecci\u00f3n y prevenci\u00f3n de posibles incidencias.<\/li>\n
  • Comunicaci\u00f3n de incidencias a los responsables del servicio.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Requisitos<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Disponer de Certificado de Discapacidad igual o superior al 33 %<\/strong> o Incapacidad Permanente Total (IPT)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    • Encontrarse en situaci\u00f3n de desempleo<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    • Capacidad para trabajar de forma aut\u00f3noma e independiente<\/strong>, as\u00ed como para integrarse y colaborar adecuadamente con un equipo de trabajo.<\/li>\n
    • Buenas habilidades de comunicaci\u00f3n y orientaci\u00f3n al trato con el p\u00fablico.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Se valorar\u00e1<\/h3>\n
        \n
      • Disponer de carnet de conducir y veh\u00edculo propio<\/strong> para facilitar el desplazamiento al centro de trabajo.<\/li>\n
      • Residir en las proximidades del lugar de trabajo o disponer de buenas posibilidades de desplazamiento mediante transporte p\u00fablico o privado<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      • Capacidad para desplazarse por las diferentes dependencias del centro y subir y bajar escaleras<\/strong> de forma aut\u00f3noma.<\/li>\n
