gesti\u00f3n de acreditaciones internas.<\/p>\n<p>-Manejo de aplicaciones de seguridad, monitorizaci\u00f3n y administraci\u00f3n de dispositivos m\u00f3viles.<\/p>\n<p>-Gesti\u00f3n y seguimiento de l\u00edneas de telefon\u00eda fija y m\u00f3vil a trav\u00e9s de los portales corporativos de grandes empresas y operadores de telecomunicaciones.<\/p>\n<p>-Interlocuci\u00f3n y coordinaci\u00f3n con los Centros de Gesti\u00f3n de Clientes de las compa\u00f1\u00edas de telefon\u00eda para la resoluci\u00f3n de incidencias y tramitaci\u00f3n de solicitudes.<\/p>\n<p>-Gesti\u00f3n de reservas de salas y espacios corporativos.<\/p>\n<p>-Administraci\u00f3n y control de reservas de plazas de aparcamiento del edificio.<\/p>\n<p>-Gesti\u00f3n de la recarga y control de bonos de transporte del personal.<\/p>\n<p>-Realizaci\u00f3n de tareas administrativas y de apoyo a la gesti\u00f3n de la Direcci\u00f3n de Servicios Generales.<\/p>\n<p>SERVICIO DE CENTRALITA:<\/p>\n<p>-Recepci\u00f3n y atenci\u00f3n telef\u00f3nica de todas las llamadas recibidas en el servicio de centralita, tanto internas como externas.<\/p>\n<p>-Manejo del sistema de la consola de centralita, One Net de Vodafone o similar.<\/p>\n<p>-Informaci\u00f3n sobre situaci\u00f3n, horarios de atenci\u00f3n y tel\u00e9fonos de las delegaciones de la empresa.<\/p>\n<p>SERVICIO DE TRASLADOS:<\/p>\n<p>-Reparto y\/o recogida de documentos, material y paqueter\u00eda utilizando veh\u00edculo.<\/p>\n<p>-Realizaci\u00f3n de gestiones de tr\u00e1mite ante instituciones p\u00fablicas o privadas utilizando veh\u00edculo.<\/p>\n<p>-Traslado de personal en veh\u00edculo por motivos de trabajo.<\/p>\n<p>SERVICIO DE\u00a0CONSERJE:<\/p>\n<p>-Recepci\u00f3n, reparto y distribuci\u00f3n de documentos, material, prensa, correspondencia y paqueter\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>-Recepci\u00f3n y gesti\u00f3n de correo interno, tanto para su distribuci\u00f3n interna o entrega al servicio de Correos o mensajer\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>-Realizaci\u00f3n de gestiones de tr\u00e1mite ante instituciones p\u00fablicas o privadas.<\/p>\n<p>-Realizaci\u00f3n de labores de apoyo a la reprograf\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>-Gesti\u00f3n de reservas de veh\u00edculos.<\/p>\n<p>-Custodia de llaves de espacios cerrados, y abrir y cerrar puertas cuando les sea demandado.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1les son los requisitos para este puesto?:\u202f\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Capacidad de trabajar de manera independiente y aut\u00f3noma y\/o como parte de un equipo.<\/p>\n<p>-Experiencia previa y continuada en puestos similares.<\/p>\n<p>-Habilidades comunicativas y de resoluci\u00f3n de conflictos.<\/p>\n<p>-Habilidad para manejar sistemas inform\u00e1ticos.<\/p>\n<p>-Capacidad para deambular por las dependencias del centro, y subir y bajar escaleras sin dificultad.<\/p>\n<p>-Flexibilidad y disponibilidad horaria.<\/p>\n<p>-Carnet de conducir B (en su caso).<\/p>\n<p>-Capacidad para detectar se\u00f1ales luminosas y\/o sonoras.<\/p>\n<p>-Valorable estar en posesi\u00f3n del Certificado de Discapacidad igual o superior al
