de personas con discapacidad y colectivos vulnerables, <strong>te ofrecemos incorporarte a nuestro departamento de Fomento de Empleo <\/strong>para desempe\u00f1ar el puesto de <strong>Gestor Administrativo<\/strong> en nuestra oficina de Logro\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>Te integrar\u00e1s dentro de un <strong>equipo de trabajo multidisciplinar<\/strong> donde tus capacidades y habilidades conseguir\u00e1n transmitir y formar a todas las personas que integramos Grupo OSGA.<\/p>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tus funciones consistir\u00e1n en:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Solicitud, control de la documentaci\u00f3n requerida para la gesti\u00f3n de la normativa aplicable do de los distintos organismos estatales y auton\u00f3micos.<\/li>\n<li>An\u00e1lisis y preparaci\u00f3n de toda la documentaci\u00f3n necesaria para la justificaci\u00f3n de la subvenci\u00f3n: contratos, nominas, pagos, vida laboral, demanda de empleo, empadronamientos, facturas, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Elaboraci\u00f3n de documentaciones t\u00e9cnicas u otra documentaci\u00f3n que sea necesaria para la justificaci\u00f3n en base a los requerimientos y formatos de la convocatoria.<\/li>\n<li>Presentaci\u00f3n y justificaci\u00f3n en tiempo y forma ante el organismo competente de la documentaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica, informes u otra documentaci\u00f3n oportuna que resulte necesaria para la presentaci\u00f3n de las subvenciones en las diferentes convocatorias, de los posibles requerimientos y de las auditorias que pudieran darse.<\/li>\n<li>Control y comunicaci\u00f3n de los requisitos y los plazos de presentaci\u00f3n de las presentaciones, justificaciones y\/o subsanaciones a los distintos departamentos que colaboran con la presentaci\u00f3n de documentaci\u00f3n o tr\u00e1mites necesarios para presentaci\u00f3n para garantizar la realizaci\u00f3n de los tr\u00e1mites requeridos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1les son los requisitos para este puesto?:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experiencia en gesti\u00f3n administrativa en asesor\u00eda laboral de empresas o grupo de empresa.<\/li>\n<li>Experiencia en gesti\u00f3n documental y usuaria\/o de plataformas y herramientas de la Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica y otras gestiones administrativas relacionadas.<\/li>\n<li>Experiencia en justificaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica de ayudas subvencionadas con fondos p\u00fablicos.<\/li>\n<li>Office 365 y aplicaciones digitales de las Administraciones Publicas.<\/li>\n<li>Persona organizada, met\u00f3dica, con atenci\u00f3n al detalle y orientada a los objetivos marcados.<\/li>\n<li>Tolerante a trabajar bajo presi\u00f3n y con unos plazos concretos.<\/li>\n<li>Formaci\u00f3n en Grado de Relaciones Laborales, Derecho, ADE o similar.<\/li>\n<li>Valorable experiencia en el sector servicios o Centro especial de empleo.<\/li>\n<li>Valorable estar en posesi\u00f3n del Certificado de discapacidad igual o superior al 33%.<\/li>\n<li>Experiencia en el desarrollo de tareas descritas en la oferta m\u00ednimo 1 a\u00f1o.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1l ser\u00e1 tu
